LJM Scuderia Motorsport specializes in luxury, EV, and exotic car diagnostics, repairs, and performance tuning. Services include but are not limited to:

• Free diagnostic services
• ECU tuning and key programming
• Nissan Leaf HV battery balancing and replacement
• Welding and fabrication
• Vehicle inspections in partnership with DVDL
• Airport pickup/drop-off with complimentary cleaning

2. Appointments & Service Estimates

• Customers may schedule services via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our online booking system.
• Estimates provided via email or WhatsApp are for informational purposes and may be subject to change.
• Work will commence upon customer approval of the estimate.

3. Payment & Pricing

• All service prices are quoted in KYD/USD and may include applicable taxes and fees.
• Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, or digital transfers.
• Full payment is required before the release of any serviced vehicle.

4. Warranty & Liability

• We offer a full warranty on all services performed. The terms of the warranty depend on the specific service provided.
• LJM Scuderia Motorsport is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to our services.
• Customers must report any warranty-related concerns within the designated warranty period.

5. Digital Service Records & Estimates

• Customers using our mobile app can access a digital service record of their vehicles.
• Interactive estimates sent via email or WhatsApp are subject to approval before work begins.

6. Airport Pickup & Drop-Off Service

• Customers using this service must provide valid travel details in advance.
• Vehicles left in our care will receive a complimentary cleaning.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal and vehicle information.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
• Refunds are subject to review and will be processed based on the service provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of the jurisdiction.
